Returns & Exchanges
Our policy is simple: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will refund your money within 15 days of receipt of the purchase. Please note:
- All items must be returned in new, unwashed, unworn condition with all tags affixed.
- Please include the original packing slip and paperwork with the reason for the return clearly noted.
- Due to hygienic standards for items with swimsuit bottoms, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the original hygienic tab is left in place.
Please email us at email@example.com to let us know to expect a return from you. Please let us know what it is you are returning and the reason for the return. Please include the original packing slip with your return and mail it to:

All exchanges will be credited against the original form of payment. A new order will then be placed and billed to the original form of payment. Availability of a replacement item cannot be guaranteed, in which case you will be contacted by customer service.
Please send all returns and exchanges using a traceable shipping method. Parasol cannot be responsible for packages returned to us using shipping methods that are not traceable.

Orders received by 2pm will be shipped out the same day to ensure prompt delivery to our customers. Because our warehouse packs and ships the items so quickly, we cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled after it has been placed. Should you wish to cancel an order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or contact us at 866-981-6381 within 12 hours of placing the order and we will make every effort to cancel it.
